We spend weeks making each item the very best it can be, and hopefully that means a bag that you’ll love! But in case you change your mind, items are eligible for refund when shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Policy

Domestic Orders: Items are eligible for refund within 7 days of delivery.

Please submit a return request via email. Items must be postmarked back to us within 12 days of delivery to be eligible for refund. Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging, and prior authorization is required for all returns. 

Order Issues

If there is an issue with the item you received (so sorry about that!), please send an email to victorecco@gmail.com including images of the issue within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you!

Any defective items must be shipped back to us within 12 days of receiving your label to be eligible for a refund, and any return fees will be waived for incorrect or defective items.

Refunds

Once your package reaches us, please allow 5 business days for your return to be inspected and processed. 

To be eligible for refund, all products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags attached to them (if applicable). This includes all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly. Refused items will be returned to you at your cost.

Original shipping (if any) cannot be refunded, and if you are returning an item applied any quantity discount codes to your order, your return will be adjusted accordingly.
